  I visited Minhal Bandali in the Bushey Clinic due to a tendon injury in my ankle, hoping that the physiotherapy would help so that I would not need surgery.
  
  I found him to be friendly and easy to talk to and he spent the time explaining the injury, what the treatment would be and how to strengthen my tendon. He also spent the time and found that the trainers i was wearing on my commute were hindering the process and made recommendations on what to do.
  
  After the initial first session where he checked the injury and discussed the best possible results and the time it would take to heal, we set up goals for what I wanted to achieve from the physio and set weekly targets and exercises to add my regime to help speed up the recovery.
  
  I would highly recommend Minhal and his colleagues at Capital Physio.
